What should I send with my enquiry?
Your area, the issue you’re noticing and how many AC units need attention. If you know the unit type or can send a photo, include that too. Please don’t send payment-card details or ID documents.
Can I book outside Business Bay?
Send your Dubai location and preferred day. We’ll confirm coverage and appointment availability for that particular request.
Is submitting a request a confirmed booking?
